North and East CERT - Sector Map

The North & East Neighborhood is the largest neighborhood in the City of Richmond with around 6000 households! We are bordered by MacDonald Ave., San Pablo Ave., 23rd St., and Market St. Our neighborhood CERT is divided into 10 sectors. This is a DRAFT of our neighborhood sectors.

The hope is that these smaller teams can organize themselves and the North and East CERT will serve as an umbrella to support organization. There are currently no sectors that are organized.

If you are interested in organizing your block or a larger area, please contact us at NorthandEastCERT@gmail.com.
